Michael Latala's Gallery
| Michael Latala is an award winning
Chicago area artist working in oils and pastel, including landscapes,
figures and still life. He studied at the American Academy of Art in
Chicago, the Palette and Chisel Academy and has studied with Richard Schmid,
Burt Silverman, Scot Burdick, Romel De la Torre and Dan Gerhartz.
Michael’s paintings have recently won awards from
the Chicago Pastel Painters Juried Exhibition 2011, the Crabtree Art in
Nature Paint-Out 2011 and Best of Show at the Senior Artists Network “Later
Impressions” 2010 exhibit. He is a member of the Chicago Pastel Painters,
the Skokie Art Guild and the Wilmette Arts Guild.
